Coir pith contains the smallest fibre particle and dust of coconut husk from remaining after removing fibre. Smallest fibre particles, which containing in coir pith are accumulated from coco peat cube production. Also, 5 mm – 2.5 mm fibre particles could be identified. Accumulated fibre particle called “KATU”. The large amount of katu generate in the coco peat production process which as waste or cheap material, is a most common problem in coco peat cube production industries. “katu” has a great potential to use as a raw material for manufacturing the useful composite material.  Natural rubber latex can be developed as best viscous liquid type compound which optimum requirement.
